It is convenient if you don’t want to maintain a big lawn. However these condos that I am blogging about are apartment style condos. I think you might be interested in townhouse style condo that have a backyard. The backyards with townhouses are often very small. You might want to think about single-detached or semi-detached houses. They have more property.

It goes without saying that every service associated with a real estate transaction will be effected by the HST. Buyers and sellers will have to pay an extra 8% on all service fees. This bothers us because it is an extra cost for consumers. All I was trying to do with the blog post was let people know about the email I received. I am not an economist and definitely would not try to analyze a complicated tax like the HST. There are experts who do this for a living. I didn’t realize it would spur such a negative reaction. With that said, I noticed that your email address is invalid, therefore I doubt that you will even get this response. Blogging doesn’t have any rules. I try my best to provide value in my posts and I know there will be those that will agree or disagree with what we have to say.
