Here is a video I did about the keynote that Gary Vaynerchuk did at this years Re/Max Kickstart rally in downtown Toronto. Gary was full of energy and provided us with some great information about how to best use social media for our business.
I came away with that all you need to do to be successful with social media is to be yourself and don’t market to people. People will find you when they need you if you provide them value. You need to be patient!

I think that if you need to buy, anytime is a good time to buy. The right house could be on the market anytime so it might not be a bad idea to look all year round.

http://www.teammcneil.com – A couple of years ago I was working with a buyer. She only looked at a couple of houses and she found one she really liked. She was nervous because she was afraid she would regret it if she bought too quickly. She felt that she had to look at more houses. I did research on the property for her and we discovered that the house she liked was really good value. She decided to buy the house.
Did a video about buyers who are nervous about buying a house too early in the search process because they feel they didn’t look at enough houses. The first house you look at could be the best house or it could take 20 before you find the right one.
