Woke up this morning and was surprised to see that gas prices have gone up again. I wonder how high they will go. It costs me $80 to fill my tank now. Time to get a bicycle

She was nervous because she was afraid she would regret it if she bought too quickly. She felt that she had to look at more houses. I did research on the property for her and we discovered that the house she liked was really good value. She decided to buy the house.
Did a video about buyers who are nervous about buying a house too early in the search process because they feel they didn’t look at enough houses. The first house you look at could be the best house or it could take 20 before you find the right one.

http://www.teammcneil.com – Today I did a video about how many houses you should look at in one day when you are viewing houses with your realtor. Keep in mind that this might not be a problem for some people who have a really good memory and this is just what I have experienced with my clients. I think it is a good idea to only look at 5-7 houses in one day. If you want to look at more then distribute them to multiple days.

The spring market is upon us and we are really seeing things starting to pick up. The market here in Kitchener Waterloo is balanced. We are enjoying a stable market. Re/Max released a report Monday that stated that first-time buyers have the benefit of selection and can take their time when looking for a house in Kitchener Waterloo. This doesn’t mean that houses are taking longer to sell because we are still seeing multiple offers in some situations. It means that there is enough inventory for buyers to take their time searching. Although the average home price for a house in Kitchener Waterloo is around 285,000. First-time home buyers are paying more to be in better areas. Condos are also very popular right now with buyers looking for new construction in the downtown Kitchener and uptown Waterloo areas.
Time will tell what the effects of the increase in interest rates will have on the real estate market. For now the rates are still low and things look pretty stable here in Kitchener Waterloo.
