Similar to what I said last month, I think this year will continue to be a strong year for real estate sales. I think that the interest rates will continue to stay low until the middle of the year and then possibly increase by July-August. The inventory is a bit low right now and buyers are buying up what’s available. I think the spring market is going to be hot.
