Its been awhile since I posted anything. Sorry about that!! Its been a really good September so far. The market seems to be really humming along. Once again the board reports a positive number for unit sales in Kitchener Waterloo. We are only down -2.9% this time last year which I think is pretty good considering we are in a weaker market. Anyways, I will be posting the stats for August very soon. Thats not the purpose of this blog.

I just setup a new website that will allow people to access about 26 different reports for buying and selling real estate. In addition, I am going to post various videos about real estate and who knows, maybe Melanie and I will even star in one of them. Might be awhile though as we are both pretty camera shy. I might have to hit it hard at the gym first because I hear that the camera puts on about 20 lbs. I definitely don’t need that! Anyways. the URL for the new site is http://www.kwhouseprices.com/.
