We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone that worked with this year. We would also like to say thank you to everyone who referred us. We value your continued trust and support.

In spite of what the media has been saying about the real estate market, we feel that 2008 was a solid year for us.   

We have also decided that we won’t be participating in the recession in 2009. Therefore it will be business as usual! All sarcasm aside, we feel optimistic that we will all be able to weather the storm and that the effects of the market will be minimal. We need to stay positive!

In summary, we hope that you enjoy the upcoming holidays and prepare for an amazing 2009. It always gets better!
